Bookings

Prices for the cottage for 2021 are £75 per night for the majority of the year, to accommodate up to 4 people. For 5 people we charge £10 extra per night. 2 nights minimum stay. Prices for 2022 will be £80 per night.

Our usual changeover day is Friday with some room for flexibility outside high season. Most of our bookings are mini breaks. Scroll down for details of how to pay.

COVID-19 update - 2021

Bookings must include your postcode, please, because bookings are taken on the strict understanding that if your home area or ours goes into another lockdown, we must let each other know. We will cancel and refund whatever you have paid in full, subject to VRBO agreeing to refund any agency fees.

We have enabled minimal-contact check-in and check-out and (now it's permitted for us to accept visitors) we leave a 2-day "buffer" between bookings to enable cleaning and disinfection, etc. At the moment (May 2021) your party must all be from the same household and/or support bubble. In 2022 we plan to reduce the "buffer" to 1 day.

Check-in and Check-out

Arrival time (check in) is any time after 3.00pm. We live next door, so a later arrival time is not a problem. The property will still be open and the keys on the table. Please return the keys to the same place when you leave. Departure time (check out) is before 10.00am, and again, we can be flexible about this if there is no immediate booking following yours.
